In this project, the company, together with the participation of inLab FIB, aims to make the daily work of Help Desk staff easier, as well as that of employees who need to report requests or incidents, by automating form filling.
The aim of the project is a proof of concept (POC) that simulates a phone call with a virtual agent capable of identifying and filling in the appropriate form based on the information provided by the user.
The virtual agent, based on language model (LLM) technology, can also answer questions and resolve doubts about filling in the fields, providing a more agile and assisted experience.
