e-convenis: a tool to consult and manage UPC agreements via the web.

Description

E-convenis is an information system that allows to know the agreements signed (and their status) between the UPC and a specific company or institution.

This project arises from the need to understand the relationship between a company or institution and the university. The UPC enters into agreements with companies and institutions within various frameworks of action such as Research, Teaching, Institutional Relations, etc. These agreements may originate from different structural units within the UPC. This complexity sometimes makes it difficult to discern the exact relationship between a company and the university.

inLab FIB has been responsible for the design, analysis, and development of this information system and currently carries out the IT tasks of operation and maintenance of the system.
