Description
An internal management tool has been developed to manage the entire Talent training program of inLab FIB.
For collaborating students, this tool manages applications for admission to the Talent program, the selection process, the different types of collaboration, the grants received by students, training and work plans, and the monitoring of the achievement of competencies and their accreditation.
For Talent program managers, this tool manages the training programs, the transversal and specific competencies of each training program, the evolution and monitoring of the transversal and specific competencies of each student, training courses, the renewal of grants and partnership proposals.
