Marta Cuatrecasas graduated in Computer Science at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1995), and holds a postgraduate degree in e-Business from the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya (2001). She is currently in charge of the Projects and Technology Promotion Area of the inLab FIB, where she has been working since 1998, and from where she has collaborated and directed numerous projects for both the UPC and ‘other institutions and companies.

Her areas of expertise are project management and she promotes the use of Agile Methodologies, while actively participating in the technological promotion of the inLab FIB, contacting directly with companies interested in project development by the inLab FIB, attending conferences, seminars, etc.

She is also responsible for the Quality Management System of the inLab FIB, in charge of complying with and enforcing the requirements of ISO 9001, developing the Marketing Plan and participating in the preparation of the necessary documentation to achieve the Tecnio accreditation.

Monitor teaching and provide UOC faculty with updated and relevant information about their classrooms/subjects.
Useful tool for teacher tutors, specialist teachers, speech therapists, among others, to reflect on the teaching and learning procedures of oral language.
It allows to add the whole offer and to promote the Ibero-American Knowledge Space and the academic mobility of our students, teachers and researchers

Main projects participated

Developer of mathematical optimization algorithms to solve the corresponding problems of demand allocation and routing for heterogeneous fleets of vehicles.
Development of this application that allows to establish a group work environment in the virtual campus of the UOC.
Simulation study to assess the capacity of the internal transport network to respond to new needs associated with changes in production processes.
