PhD in Statistics and Operations Research from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). She is currently doing her research in the area of social simulation in collaboration with the Department of Computer Applications in Science and Engineering from Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). She holds an MSc in Computer Science from UPC. She has experience in simulation methodology applied to transport and social systems. Her research interests include agent-based modelling, computer simulation and high-performance computing

Analyze South Korea’s demographic patterns with a simulation tool called Yades.
Development of a simulator to study the demographic evolution of a population, reproducing the internal interactions between its individuals.
