The inLab FIB incorporates higher education in a practical and real learning environment through the Talent training program. The objective of this program is to broaden the training of FIB students through a real working environment. The students accredited with the Talent Program have been able to demonstrate excellent technical performance as well as the development of transversal skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, responsibility, commitment, and autonomy, among others. Thanks to the support of the sponsoring companies, the students benefit from financial aid and participate in the development of cutting-edge ICT projects, improving their technical skills with the support of professional tutors.
The Talent accreditation is awarded to students who have participated in the program for a significant period of time and who have acquired the required competencies, thus ensuring the comprehensive training of FIB students.
