Description
The merger of two major pharmaceutical companies such as Almirall and Prodesfarma originated this simulation study to design the configuration of the new shipping/receiving plant that Almirall had in Sant Andreu de la Barca and the guarantee to face a new integrated management of more than 700 different product references:
- Simulation of large logistic contexts
- Design of the new receiving, dispatching and picking plant
