The goal of the project is to implement artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in Zinklar’s platform to improve survey data analysis and generate valuable insights and business recommendations. Machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms will be used to analyze and extract meaningful information from the data collected. In addition, clustering techniques, thematic analysis and topic modeling are applied to discover patterns and themes in the free-text responses.
