Technological innovations in the field of safety and mobility

Alphanet is a Catalan company with over 15 years of experience, providing municipalities and local police with technological products and professional services that help enhance the capacity of various areas of local public administration. The goal is to make the municipality a more friendly, attractive, efficient, sustainable, and safe place for its citizens.

Alphanet has developed a platform called AlphaDataManager, which is a system for the exploitation and management of the data captured by the license plate recognition systems, transforming the information into the knowledge needed to make informed decisions both for the police forces and for the different areas of the City Council, in terms of citizen safety, mobility, tourism or environment.

Alphanet has contacted inLab FIB with the aim of collaborating in the creation of source-driven materials from the information collected by their cameras. From these matrices, they want to predict the number of vehicles that will travel on the road network between different municipalities.
