Research on the 3I (Inclusive, Integrated, Intelligent) framework of City Operating System

Description

The objective of this project was to make a study on the SmartCities in the world today, to make a state of the art and then some recommendations, action plans and KPI’s for a future framework that is 3I (Inclusive, Integrated, Intelligent).

In addition, with a complete example on the use case of Barcelona, thanks to the collaboration of the Barcelona City Council, we were able to document the platform called CityOS which is the one that allows us to say that Barcelona is a SmartCity.

This paper was done by Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) of South Korea, to collaborate on a future city they are building from scratch that they want to be SmartCity.
