Obres L’H

The City Council of Hospitalet wants to make available to citizens a mobile application to report the construction works that are seen in the territory and allow to easily send notifications of the incidents that these may cause. The name of the application to be developed will be Obres L’H.

The City Council of Hospitalet, requests to inLab FIB the development of this application, which will have to offer the following functionalities:

• Consult this work: by means of this functionality, the user can consult all the works that are geolocated at a certain distance from his location. To do so, the user will send the geolocated position to L’H’s system, and it will return the list of works that are closer. ​In the event that no construction work is detected in the vicinity of the site will be indicated to the user. If, on the other hand, more than one work is detected, the application will display a list of these and allow theuser to select which work he/she wishes to consult.

• Notify the City Council: The application will allow the user to send a notification with the incidences that the work may be causing. The information requested by the application to send the notification will be a photograph of the incident accompanied by a descriptive text of the notification and the user’s GPS position. Once the incident information has been created, it will be sent to L’H’s systems to be stored and tracked.
