Marta Cuatrecasas holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and is a specialist in digital strategy, with a postgraduate qualification in e-business from the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya. Having been linked to inLab FIB since 1998, she currently serves as Head of Human Resources and Technology Promoter.

As Head of HR and talent management, she combines her technological vision with people management, ensuring that the human team is aligned with the organization’s operational excellence.

As a Technology Promoter, her role is to identify market opportunities and transform inLab FIB’s technical capabilities into real solutions for companies and institutions. Through the active management of collaborations, participation in innovation forums, and strategic networking, she succeeds in positioning inLab FIB as a benchmark in technology transfer, driving the organization’s growth and attracting high-value disruptive projects.
