SME-oriented cybersecurity

The objective is to provide SME and self-employed workers with the necessary knowledge and tools on cybersecurity to protect themselves against a cyber-threat, as well as to be able to promote the knowledge learned within their organization.

The course includes several guided practical exercises that help to consolidate the concepts presented during the sessions.

No prior knowledge is required.

The course has a duration of 35 hours, the delivery format will be agreed in advance.

  1. Fundamental concepts of cybersecurity and their importance.
  2. Acquire knowledge about threats, common attacks and how to mitigate them.
  3. Identify and classify the company’s critical information assets, and apply appropriate protection measures.
  4. Master information security best practices and policies to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
  5. Learn how to protect mobile devices and secure remote working.
  6. Implement effective security measures in networks and email systems to prevent malicious code and phishing attacks.
  7. Develop skills for business continuity planning and efficient management of security incidents.
  8. Apply the knowledge acquired to the development of an information security plan for the company.
  9. Be the cybersecurity reference for your company, acting as a leader in data protection, promoting digital security education within the organization.
