uTalent for UPCNET

uTalent is a joint project of UPCNet and inLab FIB, the objective of which is to develop a prototype of a Talent portal for companies.

The uTalent portal will be the tool from which to manage and visualize the degree of achievement of the different competencies at a personal, departmental or company-wide level, as well as the alignment with the company’s values and the potential of the people who form part of it.
