Unified platform for the visualization of screenings at Funditec.

The visualisation and analysis of data generated during high-throughput screening processes are key factors in accurately identifying compounds with the greatest therapeutic potential. This project addresses this challenge by developing a unified platform that facilitates the querying, exploration, and comparison of results obtained during experimental processes.

The solution involves refactoring and evolving the existing visualisation platform, integrating it with the experimentation systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient interoperability between the different technologies. This integration allows for the visualisation of results in real time, simplifies the comparative analysis of compounds, and improves the tracking of experiments.

The project provides Funditec with a more robust, flexible and scalable platform, capable of centralising the information generated during screening processes and supporting decision-making in the different phases of the research and development of new drugs and antibiotics.
