Intelligent help system for quality managment systems for Kapture

The inLab FIB participates in a innovative project to develop an interactive assistant based in Artificial Intelligence (AI), designed to help solve quality issues.

Kapture Global Quality S. L is a company dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, operating, administering, marketing, distributing and exploiting software, systems and computer products for quality management in the industrial sector.

Kapture has developed a service called Kapture.io that offers customers tools for the digitization of quality control and information exploitation processes through graphical tools and data aggregate with BI tools. The objective of this software is to collect all the data generated in industry, both in manual and automatic processes, digitize them and integrate them into a single platform.

The main objective of the project is to develop a proof of concept of a module based on artificial intelligence models and that will be integrated into the Kapture.io platform in such a way that Kapture customers can ask and resolve questions on quality issues about:

• Aspects of general methodology and procedures in Quality (APQP, PPAP, 5D, PDCA, lean, supplier management, etc….)
• Aspects related to the configuration and use of the Kapture platform
• Aspects related to the data of each of the clients
