It comes from the need to replace the old fast access terminals (terminals in kiosk mode) they had at the FIB, the Sun Ray terminals which, as they were too old, could no longer be upgraded.

Around virtualization of virtual machines on demand. This service allows a group of students to create, configure, modify and delete Linux virtual servers.
Use of the KVM virtual platform to have more flexibility and to be able to create virtual servers according to the requirements of the practices.
