On March 19, the Honourable Mr. Josep Rull i Andreu, president of the Parliament of Catalonia, visited the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and had the opportunity to learn about the work that takes place at inLab FIB.
During his visit, he was received by the dean of the FIB, Josep Fernandez, and by the director of the inLab FIB, Ernest Teniente, who presented him the teaching and training work of the faculty and the different technological innovation projects that are developed at inLab. The president showed special interest in the Talent program, an initiative that allows students to apply their knowledge in real projects and acquire experience in a professional environment.
In addition, he learned about the various research, development and innovation (R+D+I) projects in the field of ICT that are carried out at inLab FIB, working together with companies, institutions and public administrations to promote innovative technological solutions that respond to the current challenges of society.
