inLab FIB collaborates with the Barcelona Innovative Transportation (BIT) research group of the ETSECCPB school in the development of a web solution for HPC task submission within the framework of the European E-Med project.

Specifically, the following tasks have been carried out:

Study of the problem and design of a distributed task submission architecture using queue-based solutions.
Estudi del problema i disseny d’una arquitectura d’enviament de tasques distribuïda mitjançant solucions basades en cues.
Implementation of an asynchronous task processing agent with Slurm.
Deployment of the solution on the private Cloud.
