Susana Francisco

Susana Francisco has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and a diploma in Business Science from the same university. She is currently head of Administration at the inLab FIB, where she has worked since 1993. Her areas of expertise are the management of budgets and research and innovation projects; procurement and purchasing in the public and private sectors; regulatory frameworks for the management of research staff; and emotional intelligence for team leadership.
