The objective is to develop solutions that enable the automation of tasks, facilitate the analysis of technical information and streamline the detection and resolution of incidents in technological infrastructures.\n\nTo achieve this, large-scale language models (LLMs) and augmented generation techniques using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) are explored, enabling the combination of AI model capabilities with system-specific information. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is also incorporated, which facilitates the connection of artificial intelligence models with external tools and data sources to access the necessary information and interact with systems.\n\nThe initiative aims to improve the efficiency of cloud infrastructure management, reduce manual intervention in certain processes and enable a faster response to operational issues, while maintaining control over the data and the runtime environment of artificial intelligence systems.
