The objective of the work carried out by inLab within Nobel is to design, develop, implement and maintain the program's website and intranet. A stand-alone <em>reporting<\/em> tool was also requested, i.e. to<em>  <\/em>easily design and integrate reports within the applications.\n\n<!--break-->\n\nThe Nobel project started in February 2004 and continued until February 2008. It has been divided into two phases: Nobel and Nobel 2. In both phases the project has tried to carry out analysis, feasibility studies, experimental activities on innovative architectures and technological solutions to support optical networks.\n\nThe Nobel consortium comprises a large number of telecommunications industries, network operators and research institutes from all over Europe.
