The main requirements that this model seeks to satisfy are:\n<ul>\n \t<li><em>Accessibility<\/em>: ability to access learning components from a distant location through web technologies, as well as to distribute them to other locations.<\/li>\n \t<li><em>Adaptability<\/em>: ability to customize training according to the needs of individuals and organizations.<\/li>\n \t<li><em>Durability<\/em>: ability to withstand the evolution of technology without requiring re-engineering, reconfiguration or code rewriting.<\/li>\n \t<li><em>Interoperability<\/em>: ability to be used in another location and with another set of tools or on another platform of learning components developed within a location, with a certain set of tools or on a certain platform.
