{"id":23022,"date":"2022-03-18T09:14:21","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T08:14:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/projecte\/qr-connecting-consumer-for-cluster-foodservice\/"},"modified":"2025-06-18T13:43:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T11:43:12","slug":"qr-connecting-consumer-for-cluster-foodservice","status":"publish","type":"projecte","link":"https:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/en\/projecte\/qr-connecting-consumer-for-cluster-foodservice","title":{"rendered":"QR Connecting Consumer for Cl\u00faster Foodservice"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":63,"featured_media":13197,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"experteses":[26],"tencnologies":[],"class_list":["post-23022","projecte","type-projecte","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","experteses-knowledgeandserviceengineering-en"],"acf":{"minidescripcio":"This project studies the feasibility of using QR codes in the food sector to provide end customers with more information and content about the products they buy.","ordre_prioritat":0,"descripcio":"<p class=\"rtejustify\">This study is structured around 4 major challenges, which are:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Nutritional challenge:<\/strong> communication of nutritional information (for example, nutritional composition or allergens) about the product.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Enviromental challenge:<\/strong> communication of environmental information (for example, carbon footprint) about the product.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Immersive experience challenge:<\/strong> transfer of immersive multimedia content (e.g. 360\u00ba videos) about the product or its manufacture.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Relational challenge:<\/strong> bidirectional communication between the client and the company to improve their relationship and loyalty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">This study has required, as main actions, an analysis of the requirements of companies in the food sector with respect to the previous challenges, an analysis of current technologies\/platforms to meet the previous requirements and the elaboration of a platform proposal that, using these technologies, solves the different challenges posed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">The companies participating in this project are:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Cl\u00faster Foodservice:<\/strong> cluster that brings together the main companies in the food sector in Catalonia. Directs and coordinates the entire project.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Frit Ravich:<\/strong> food sector company. Acts as a company in the sector from which to identify the needs for the different challenges.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Casa Ametller:<\/strong> food sector company group.
