{"id":1315,"date":"2013-05-16T11:07:10","date_gmt":"2013-05-16T09:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/?p=1315"},"modified":"2013-05-16T11:07:10","modified_gmt":"2013-05-16T09:07:10","slug":"talent-program-advisory-board-established","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/en\/uncategorized-ca\/talent-program-advisory-board-established","title":{"rendered":"The Talent Program advisory board is established"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to define inLab&#39;s <a href=\"http:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/en\/talent-training-program\">Talent Program<\/a>&#39;s strategic plans, on the 14<sup>th<\/sup> of May 2013, an advisory board has been established including representatives of the sponsor companies, FIB members and inLab FIB members.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, inLab&#39;s Talent Program constists of six <a href=\"http:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/en\/training-programs\">training programs<\/a> and has three <a href=\"http:\/\/inlab.fib.upc.edu\/en\/information-for-companies\">sponsoring companies<\/a>: Everis, UPC and Coordina.<\/p>\n<p>The board will meet once a year and, among others, their functions are to provide advice on decision-taking regarding the improvement of the specific training programs, as well as to propose new ones or deactivate an existing one if necessary, to validate assessment criteria and goal achiviement levels, to assess the strategic plans of the program, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>These are the members of the board:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everis: Mr. Joan Costa (Technology Manager, Java Architecture)<\/li>\n<li>UPCnet: Mrs. Rosa Castro (Innovation Director)<\/li>\n<li>Coordina: Mr. Joan Marcos (Partner and Product Manager)<\/li>\n<li>Dean of the FIB: Mrs. N&uacute;ria Castell<\/li>\n<li>Business Vice-dean: Mrs. Ruth Ravent&oacute;s<\/li>\n<li>Director of Talent Program: Mr. Josep Casanovas<\/li>\n<li>Programs&#39; Academic Directors : Mr. Tom&agrave;s Aluja, Mr. Jaume Figueras, Mr. Pau Fonseca, Mr.Toni Guasch, Mr. Josep Ramon Herrero, Mrs. Maria Ribera Sancho<\/li>\n<li>Professional Director: Sra.
