uTalent

Description 

uTalent is a joint project of UPCnet and inLab FIB and its aim is to develop a prototype portal for manage Talent enterprises.

The uTalent portal will become the tool with which you will manage and then display the Talent competencies level of accomplishment from the staff, different departments or even the whole enterprise.
It will also be able to show  the  correlation of Talent values, the company values, and its employees.
