TOTQ Project

TOTQ is an application that facilitates the definition, management, evaluation and improvement of the internal tasks involved in the quality of teaching processes.

The framework of the European Higher Education Area (AHEA) and new changes in the Spanish policies establish that universities must achieve certain quality objectives by ensuring their actions comply with the intended outcomes of the degree programmes that they offer, by seeking constant improvement and understanding quality as a global concept that affects the entire institution.

This is the reason why universities have to include internal policies and system management of quality that have to be formally established and available to the public. These policies have to respond to the needs of their institution and society expectations. In this context the UPC has developed this tool.
