Albert Obiols és l’actual responsable de l’Àrea d’Intel·ligència Artificial de l’inLab FIB UPC. Enginyer en Informàtica i postgraduat en Big Data Management and Analytics per la UPC, compta amb una trajectòria de més de 30 anys vinculada a la innovació tecnològica universitària. Ha liderat i col·laborat en nombrosos projectes de transferència tecnològica per a institucions i empreses, aportant una visió estratègica en l’anàlisi de dades i el desenvolupament d’aplicacions crítiques. Amb la voluntat d’innovar constantment en el camp de la IA, ha impulsat amb èxit múltiples iniciatives de recerca aplicada, convertint la tecnologia en un actiu de valor real per a tot tipus d’organitzacions.

Transformation of technical document management in the chemical sector for Kemchain

The inLab FIB collaborates with Kemchain in a project to improve technical document management in the chemical sector using artificial intelligence. Kemchain, created in 2023, has developed a SaaS platform that automates the document lifecycle, increasing efficiency and security in chemical business processes.
