Description
L'Hospitalet City Council wants to make available to the citizenry a mobile app to report on the works which are being perfomed all over the city and also allow the citizens to send notifications of any incidents that the works may cause. The application to be developed will be named Obres L'H.
L'Hospitalet City Council has requested inLab FIB to develop this application, which must provide the following features:
- Consult this work: by using this functionality, the user can view all the works that are geolocated to a certain distance from your location. To do this, the user sends the user's position to L'H systems and they will return the list of the closest works to its position. If no works are detected around, a notification will be sent to the user. However, in case that more than one work is detected, the application will display a list containing all related works and will allow the user to view detailed info of the selected work.
- Report to the City Council: The application will allow the user to send a notification of any incident related to the work. In order to send the notification, the app will request some information such as a photograph of the incident accompanied by a brief descripton of the incidence and the user's GPS position. Once created, the incidence information will be sent to L'H systems to be stored and keep track of it.
