Improvements in the Educational Cooperation Agreements information system
The information system for Educational Cooperation Agreements of the UPC is a web application that allows managing placement on companies’ internships, both from different participating centers and from the Agreements Office of the Academic Management Service, which is in charge of invoicing.
The UPC, through the Academic Management Service, requested inLab to develop a system for the management of the Educational Cooperation Agreements of the university. It was completed on November 29th 2004, when it started operating. Since then, inLab has been working in improving certain features to better suit the needs of the centers involved.
- Automatic upload of agreements information. No manual data introduction is needed.
- Allows UPC centers to have up to date with the information regarding invoicing associated to their agreements.
