Generador de horarios de la FIB
Description
FIB schedules have been done until now manually with a web tool that helps to edit and verify the most basic restrictions. The schedule generator tries to automate this process, given few restrictions could generate an schedule.
The system has two components: the generator, developed in C++ with GECODE library and a front-end web with AngularJS and nodeJS.
The project is implemented with the Department of Computer Science of the UPC, which brings expertise in algorithms for solving problems based on restrictions.
Duration of the project
February, 2015 to March, 2016
Benefits for the client
It will optimize FIB resources and have the schedules in less time. The resources previously engaged to building schedules may dedicate trying to get the information needed to generate more accurately schedules.
