FIB’s Scorecard

Making of the scorecard of the FIB using Oracle’s tool Business Intelligence.

The management of companies and instructions requires a system of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in order to make the tasks of decision-making and control easier.

This tool should help the School interpret different situations that may arise and the make the appropriate decisions that will improve the process of achieving its goals.

This project was started in February 2012 and is currently under development.

The FIB scorecard groups and graphically displays information from different areas: access to studies, enrollment of students, academic results, mobility, educational cooperation agreements, graduates (also shows the data from satisfaction surveys), faculty and staff, ICT infrastucture, economic resources and other indicators.
