Eco-Counter a Sentilo

Eco-Counter https://www.eco-counter.com/ is a technology company specialized in counting people and cyclists in the urban and natural environment for more than 20 years. They offer solutions ranging from sensors to data processing software.

The main purpose of this project is to develop a service that allows the integration of data from the private platform of Eco-Counters within the Sentilo platform of the City Council of La Garriga(https://sentilo.diba.cat/sentilo-catalog-web/).This platform is provided by the Diputació de Barcelona.

The result will be software external to both platforms. It will connect to Eco-Counters and notify Sentilo of possible changes in the data or updates in the measurements (new measurements of a equipment, new sensors, etc.). In this way, Sentilo will be able to access the same information in Eco-Counters (reading data).

This software can be configured to obtain the data belonging to an account within to Eco-Counters, in this case that of the teams of the City Council of La Garriga. The destination Sentilo platform may also be configured, in this case that of the Diputació de Barcelona. It remains in this way open to being used in other account configurations of other Eco-Counters or Sentilo platforms.
