E-logs is a project proposed by CESCA in which the esCERT-UPC is participating with UPCnet. The goal of project is to plan and specify the creation of a centralized control and analysis system of safety records of the Catalan Universities.

Benefits for the client 

This project studied how could use the logs of services units (departments and schools) for the detection of attacks, trends or patterns in computer security. For it, were taken into account the needs of the universities and the information could potentially be obtained from security logs obtained by these schools.
