e-convenis: a web-based tool to consult and manage agreements with the UPC

Description

E-convenis is an information system to consult agreements that have been signed between UPC and certain companies or institutions and their current status.

The idea of this project arises from the necessity of knowing what kind of relation there exists between a company or an institution and our university, due to the fact the UPC signs agreements with companies and institutions within different frameworks of action: Research, Teaching, International Relations, etc… Also, different structural units inside the UPC may initiate these agreements. This is why sometimes it not easy to know exactly what kind of relationship there is between a company or institution and the university.
