Behavior pattern detection for quality systems applied to industry 4.0

Kapture Intelligence is a company dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, operating, managing, marketing, distributing and exploiting software, systems and IT products for quality management in the industrial sector.

Kapture Intelligence has developed a service called Kapture.io that offers its customers tools for the digitization of quality control processes and exploitation of information through graphical tools and data aggregation with BI tools. The objective of this software is to collect all the data generated in the industry, both in manual and automatic processes, to be digitized and integrated into a single platform.

In this project an algorithm is designed and implemented based on several models of artificial intelligence that will detect preventively through patterns, when a part or product is suffering a drop in the level of product quality.

This detection shall be based on measurements collected at hundreds of points over a certain period of time.

InLab FIB is responsible for the implementation of one or more AI models that are able to detect patterns and alert those that can cause a drop in the quality level.
